You are eligible to request a refund for your unused balance at any time. Refunds are processed manually, and a processing fee will be deducted depending on the payment method used.
Funds that have already been spent on traffic or campaigns are not eligible for refunds. Once traffic is delivered or campaigns are active, those funds are considered used.
To request a refund, simply visit the Cash Out page in your advertiser dashboard and submit your withdrawal request. Eligible unused balances will be processed accordingly.
Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
